living independently, has completed a definitive merger agreement with CHV I, LLC, an
investment group that focuses on socially-responsible companies that provide innovative
healthcare solutions. TabSafe Medical Services, Inc. is the surviving entity. This transaction
will allow the company to accelerate the release of its newest system designed specifically for
the home market in November. TabSafe's Model 102 will be more streamlined and will be enhanced

TabSafe has joined the Medical Alert Monitoring Association (MAMA)
Jim Chiavetta and Dr. Stephen Axelrod made a presentation on March 31, 2009 in Las Vegas.
There were several large PERs system companies in attendance. The presentation was such a
success that numerous companies scheduled private presentations.
TabSafe will attend the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) Convention

Walgreens acquires pharmacies owned by TabSafe
DEERFIELD, Ill., November 5, 2007 – Walgreens has acquired two pharmacies from TabSafe
Prescription Services, LLC, the pharmacy services division of TabSafe Medical Services, Inc.,
a privately-held company that manufactures and markets a state-of-the-art personal medication
management system for seniors.
