About Us
TabSafe Medical Services was established in 2001, by an
experienced team of individuals from the fields of technology, health care
and pharmaceuticals, brought together to commercialize this important
invention of Neil Frazer, MD.
TabSafe currently operates two pharmacies in Roswell,
Georgia and Largo, Florida.
Our Mission
All of us at TabSafe have spent most of our careers in
the field of health care. It is not an overstatement to say we consider
ourselves stewards of a valuable innovation with the potential to effect
immediate, tangible, positive change in the health care of senior citizens,
in addition to our role as business professionals in the health care
marketplace.
Our mission is clear: to maximize the positive change the
TabSafe Medication Management System can effect regarding the issue of
medication compliance, and its direct effect on the quality of life
and independence of senior citizens To be successful at this will
mean success as a profitable business enterprise, allowing us to
bring our expertise and innovation to bear on other serious issues
related to medication management.
Our Management Team
James N. Chiavetta
, CEO, has over 25 years experience in
technology industries, primarily in an operations capacity with COO
and CEO experience for the past 10 years. He has implemented
numerous product introductions, including medical devices for
companies such as Johnson & Johnson, while employed at SCI
Manufacturing. In the past 15 years, Jim has participated in 14
acquisition transactions, both as buyer and seller, involving
refinancing, IPO preparation, after deal integration and has had
direct interface with analysts while an officer of public companies.
Kathleen M. Chiavetta
, Executive Vice President of Customer Service.
Kathy brings 13 years of experience in Customer Service with 4 years in
the Healthcare industry. She has been instrumental in the TabSafe
product development and field trials, and the creation of the training
program and medication management policies and procedures.
B. Ray Scott
, Chief Financial Officer, has over 20 years
experience as a Controller, CFO and General Manager for Fortune 500 companies.
Ray currently owns a CPA and consulting business, specializing on startup,
acquisition due diligence, and transition, including Information Systems.
