We purchased this device for one of my Parents that needed meds 4 times per day. Using a dispensing device with the flip top was cumbersome and you wouldn’t know if they forgot to take the medication until you refilled the plastic container at a later date. At first, a couple of my siblings stated they would not use the automated machine and that it would be too complex. To their surprise, it worked flawlessly… Yes, I won this particular argument with my siblings.
This machine is a time saver holding 30 days of meds, and when it’s ready to dispense, an audible voice states to take the medication and will not stop until the med-drawer is closed. It also gives my parents peace of mind that all is good. Would give the machine and the company 5 Stars!
